FTP SERVICE

This FTP page is a service for clients of Everingham Solutions.
Documents can easily be sent to Everingham Solutions or retrieved for review.
Access to this page is password protected, adding security for client files.

Important: Before beginning the following process, please contact Everingham Solutions, LLC
for a username and password.

1. Installing FileZilla:

To access our FTP site, you must first download a free software program called FileZilla.

a. Please click the link below and when prompted, save the .exe file somewhere it can easily be found.
b. Once the .exe file has been saved to your hard drive, double click the icon and follow the installation instructions.

2. Accessing your FTP folder

a. Open FileZilla
b. In the menu bar, there are several blanks to be filled in. Please type in the following:

i. Address: files.everinghamsolutions.com
ii. Username: (as provided by Everingham Solutions)
iii. Password: (as provided by Everingham Solutions)
iv. Port: (leave blank)

c. Click Quickconnect

3. To Download Files

a. In the left panes, navigate to the destination folder where you would like the files to be downloaded. (If you go too far, you can double click the folder icon in that pane, and it will navigate backwards through your selections).
b. Click on the folder of choice once to highlight it.
c. In the right pane, navigate to the file location on the FTP site. Double clicking the file will commence its download.

4. To Upload files

a. In the right pane, navigate to the location where you would like to upload the file.
b. In the left panes, navigate to the folder you would like to upload. Double click on it to commence uploading.

5. To have FileZilla automatically connect to Everingham Solutions FTP site

a. Click File
b. Click Site Manager
c. Click New Site
d. Fill in the following:

i. Host: files.everinghamsolutions.com
ii. Port: (leave whatever defaults in the blank)
iii. Servertype: FTP
iv. Logontype: Normal
v. User: (as provided by Everingham Solutions)
vi. Password: (as provided by Everingham Solutions)
vii. Make sure Default Site is clicked.

e. Now, when you open FileZilla, you merely need to click the Site Manager icon and click Connect
